Hi

I love keeping fit and now I am over 60 it is even more important. I work as a business trainer in Germany so I have learnt a lot about dieting and keeping fit in both languages.

If you also live in Germany, write we could be neighbours.

I love cycling and hiking in the countryside when I can and I go on holiday in the mountains every year. I have no health problems and would like to avoid any in the future.

Hi and welcome sorefeet :)

I'm unsure whether you're here to lose weight, or support others that are, but I'm going to assume you're wanting to lose weight :)

Take a look at the Pinned Posts section, to the right of your screen (bottom, if you're using a mobile) and have a look at the Welcome Newbies thread, it has a link to the NHS 12 week plan, which is a guide to healthy living, rather that a specific diet plan.

Consider joining any, or all, of our challenges, as they're fun and motivating.

Join us for the monday group weigh-in, which I have posted today, but which Zest will be posting in future. The latest thread can always be found in the events section, to the right of the home page.

Be active on the forum, as that's where we make friends and get our daily fix of inspiration and motivation :)

Welcome aboard! ;) I really like your post, you sound positive and determined! Like moreless I am unsure if you're here to lose weight or merely to support other people. Thanks for your reply. My first goal was not to focus on loosing weight as combined with sport and movement it comes off naturally. I do record everything I eat using an app. I have read some of the blogs, they are mostly very funny. Loosing weight doesn't have to be a negative thing which dominates your life and your thinking. Enjoy life and who you are, that is the main thing.
