After a couple of good weeks, I went off plan rather in the last few days. My husband came back from a long trip (which means I am led astray by his sweet tooth) and I had a stressful event and some late nights at work and suddenly my resolve had crumbled and I binged again two nights this week. I don't expect weight loss tomorrow. I'm afraid I was eating maple syrup by the spoon last night :(. I really must do a run this evening once it's cooled down and then try out a new swimming pool tomorrow. If I can get into the exercise groove, things go much better.
