Losing track

After a couple of good weeks, I went off plan rather in the last few days. My husband came back from a long trip (which means I am led astray by his sweet tooth) and I had a stressful event and some late nights at work and suddenly my resolve had crumbled and I binged again two nights this week. I don't expect weight loss tomorrow. I'm afraid I was eating maple syrup by the spoon last night :(. I really must do a run this evening once it's cooled down and then try out a new swimming pool tomorrow. If I can get into the exercise groove, things go much better.

  • Don't worry trimtapir2 we all have days like the ones you have just had ... its what you do now that matters 😀

Life happens and food is just too tempting but you have made a good first step posting on here and thinking forward about your day 👍

I hope you managed to get out for a nice run today and hope you enjoy your swim tomorrow 😆

Good luck. Onwards and downwards x

  • Thanks Claire. It was too dark to run by the time I had finished my work day but I did eat much better today. I'm going to work from home tomorrow so I should be able to go swimming at lunch.

  • Good luck for today 😆

  • So I did manage to lose one pound this week weirdly. I actually I wish I hadn't. I don't want myself subconsciously thinking I can get away with disordered eating and still lose weight. I'm a difficult bugger aren't I? There's no pleasing some people! ;-P
