Loving it

Hello fellow newbies. I am just into my second week and have lost two pounds and two inches off my waist. Already I feel better in myself probably due to more balance in my diet and no overeating. My energy levels also seem to have increased. The calorie counting is actually quite fun (maybe I don't get out enough!) as it helps you feel in charge of your own body - does that make sense? Thanks are due to the people further along on their journeys for the support and encouragement. I'm looking forward to next weigh day.

A fabulous start - well done 👍I know what you mean about liking the calorie counting!!! The last time I tried was 30 years ago armed with a book! Food packaging and the Internet have made the job a whole lot easier - though I still prefer the paper and pen method for recording. Good luck with the rest of your journey 😘

Well done and you have a very positive mind I am sure you will succeed, I have noticed that since starting on my weight loss journey I have less stomache aches so I must have been eating something unsuitable for a long time. It is the steps I seem to be constantly checking the calories I just do cause I have to. Good Luck for continued weight loss 👍😊 Bev

Well done! 2 inches is wonderful. Much more important than weight loss is *where* you lose it from.
