Well I must be doing something right!!

Week 3 in, and another 1LB off, total 5LBs now. I'm just taking it slowly and managing to cook and eat healthily and reduce portion sizes.....I know I always did too much!. I don't seem to do much exercise, I'm not a gym person, its just everyday movement, but I know I should do more walking. Anyway like I say, somethings working....happy me & good luck to everyone else this week xx

Hi and well done,👍 imagine a 5lb bag of spuds another 2 and its 1/2 a stone.

I seem to be about 1.5 lbs a week in weight loss which is more or less your 5lb in 3 so slow and steady but no rush for us we can do this at our own pace. Good luck for week 4 😊 Bev

Thanks Bev, but you're right, slow is best. I'm suspicious of diets that you can lose a stone in a week etc, defo not the right way to go about it. You sem to be doing good too, so well done, - Nadine x
