Avoiding temptation

I have only just started trying to lose weight. It's Monday morning and Louise has brought a huge trifle in to work! Tempting though it is, it is not on my 'list of things to eat today', so I will give it a miss. I have taken to writing down everything I am going to eat for the day and ticking them off as I go along. And if it's not on it, it doesn't get eaten.
