After having a major IBS attack and then a weeks holiday I'm finally back :) stepped on the scales and was delighted that I hadn't put back on the half stone I lost..but still a long way to go. So started today with breakfast something I struggle with, prepared my ham salad for work and an apple, it's my late shift tonight so rather than fuelling my shift with biscuits and sweets I have some lovely watermelon for that sweet treat. Feeling prepared :)

Hope you are feeling better, IBS is an awful thing!

Sounds like you've got a great plan for today, take it a day at a time and you will get there😃

It's great that you are so positive today after that nasty bout of IBS. Hope your holiday made up for it though.

Onwards and downwards 😃

Thank you, can't wait to shift this weight no matter how long it takes, 5 days in Euro Disney walking 7.5 miles a day helps lol
