Hi all of you! I am new to this. I am verily going to star on my plan to loss weight as I am overweight and always have. But with my pregnancy weight I haven't being able to take it out already 4 years of that. I want to get fit to see if I can get pregnant again, and to feel better, although is hard as my schedule of work is a split shift and it gives me no time to exercise... Does anyone have a similar problem?
