Well not been on here for months as life ran away from me but have completed week 1 and 2 of couch to 5k. Now I have to say it's tough going BUT amazed/pleased how much I can do already. Starting week 3 thurs/fri depending on what I've got going on. Then going on holiday so hope to come back and repeat week 3 and hope to get to 5k......I know many people say this but if I can do it so can anyone and for all those out there doing it well done and keep it up!
