2nd week started

Hi everyone,

I see how brilliantly you all are doing great work.Feeling glad for all who have lost weight.

My weight today 70.5 KGS, so in total I lost 1/2 a kg.last week my first weight in was at 71 kg,so I am pleases for that little lost.As you know I had not very good week in my eating.

Hope good for the next week. Aiming to loss 1kg during this week.
