DO NOT GAIN TWO STONE!!!

Well everyone I am going to get weighed tomorrow. I do not know whether I will lose weight. My food intake has been up and down. Eating the wrong things rather than quantity. I have walked 10 miles plus this week. Looked after my granddaughter which was a challenge in its self. She will be three next month and I had to carry her....which reminded me not to put on two stone. She also had me running up a hill as she is so mischievous. So after all that one can only hope. 😆

    Well done on all that exercise, if you have gained it might be due to muscle! I live on a very steep hill so I know how tough RUNNING up hill must be!!

  • Hi all. My weight stayed the same. Not to worry onwards and downwards. I am going to start writing EVERYTHING this week. I would love to lose 1.5 to 3lbs this week. Good Luck all. I am also doing Robs walking challenge :-):-):-)
