Fresh Start

Hi everyone,

I'm going to try my best to make a conscious effort to write on here regularly, to motivate myself as much as anything.

After losing a stone and gaining half of it back after my holiday, I went through a bit of a blip and just could not get motivated.

Starting from Monday this week I feel ready to tackle losing weight once and for all. Hopefully with the support of some of you and I'll try my best to support you in return
