It's my first week! Im weighing in at 9 st 9lbs. I'd like to get back to 8 stone 7lbs... so way to go. I'm on day three, two runs and one strength and flex completed. I'm hitting 46 so Im finding the pounds go on easier and come off harder these days. Has anybody tried the 10 minute workouts?

Welcome to the NHS weight loss forum. Great that it's your first week. You've already completed some great exercises, and really well done.
If you would like to be part of a larger weigh-in group, then do have a look at our Monday weigh-in group - the Afternoon/Evening session is currently going on, and you're very welcome to join us if you want to - but if you prefer to do your own weigh-in, that's fine too - the forum is great in that we have all kind of possibilities, and it's whatever works best for you and is most motivating.
