Evening well I just been having a nosy on the site . I have been shopping for my healthy start on Monday people might say no time like the present but my husband can help me weigh on Monday morning he starts work at 5 tomorrow morning 😀I will still be snoring I hope . I'm going to be using the ultimate value diary to start with and trying to follow ww . I plan to eat very low carbs I'm inactive rely on wheelchair for work but I do try to use my stick at home . I think I'm weighting in at 17.13 was that at hospital last week 😑 I'm waiting on results for Cushing dease planned meals are chicken stir frys chicken veg steak salad eggs and beans 😄 I'm aiming for 6lbs a month hate water but going to try and going to use sweetener instead of sugar .
