I had a doctors appointment this morning and it made me aware that I really have to get on the loose weight trip.
here is my picture from my lunch. please let me know what you guys think. Healthy ? not healthy?
it's a sandwich with falafel, lettuce and a light cheese slice & carrots. the rest is for during the day as I work in a shop 3-8 today and I try to avoid a piece of cake from the cafe next door. instead I have a yoghurt (muller Greek yoghurt - left over from the week otherwise I use low fat yoghurt) with granola, and in case I crave for chocolate I have a Kellogg's biscuit moment and a belvita breakfast biscuit with me (normally I bring them back home. I also try the skinny popcorn version as I normally have Lentes curls.
I am fairly proud of the mix but would appreciate your feedback. especially how I maybe could swap the buscuits for something better
