Restarting after a month struggling

Hi all , well I have struggled with my life and getting back on track with my weight loss this last month. Had a great holiday in Spain only gained 1.5lbs but cam e back with a sore throat and cold which lasted almost two weeks so never ventured to the gym and diet was not great. Did manage back to the gym and went everyday but friends took me out for posh afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday the following week and then was away again last week for 3 days and food was controlled by caterers so no choices ,so I was fed up with myself when weighed in as I still weigh same as when came back from hol. BUT ... this morning I decided that I am getting back on it and have a month to loose half stone before my sister visits at end August. Wish me luck.

  • I was exactly the same, struggled to get going after my hols, then gained even more !!! 😕 I started the re-boot challenge and it has really helped 😊 I recommend it

  • Hi, sounds like you have been busy! Pleased you are over your cold now and 1.5lb is certainly not a disaster after holidays and socialising! 7lbs off may be a big ask in 4 weeks but if you get back on track I'm sure you will not be far off!
