Well I've got mixed feelings at the end of week 2. I had a ball with my sisters and cousins as we went Glamping, but I ate and drank quite a lot. Weigh in this morning saw a gain of 0.1 kg. this might not seem too much but on week 1 I lost 1kg and was hoping to at least stay the same. Not to worry, I'll start again today and look for a loss next week. I also need to up my exercise levels, so I plan on concentrating on that this week. Surprisingly I am feeling quite optimistic, so will keep on keep in' on!
