We have just returned home an hour ago - laundry piling up everywhere, but great to be back home. I have another week of holiday before work starts again. Lovely.

I haven't been as disciplined with my diet as I have hoped, so I am dreading stepping on the scales again...

Ha - fantastic! Whilst this heat has kept me locked away lest I explode in a puff of smoke like a hollywood vampire, I have certainly been 'de-stressing' thanks to peanut butter and snickers ice creams - yum.

Unfortunately, NOT running and eating bad things has only one inevitable outcome

This time you are not alone. I have been running like mad, but I have had quite a few ice creams and even more glasses of cold white wine on the terrace every night... I am back home now and determined to get back on track, though!
