One more notch

When I started with the 12 week plan in the middle of May the belt on my trousers was so tight that it used to be painful to sit and left big red marks on my side. Today at work I've had to sneak to the loo armed with my sharp knife to create a new notch in my belt about an inch and a half off the last one. Otherwise there would have been a danger of me losing my trousers. Not a pretty sight. These little events give me a wee boost along the way :)

Hi Kenny,

This is great - another notch on you belt, as a signal of success!!! Wee boosts are just what are needed, and it shows how well you're doing. Enjoy the rest of the week, and hope you have a lovely weekend.

Thank you. I'm Scottish so a new belt is a bit extravagant at the moment. Will get a new one when I have to wrap this one right around. haha
