Drastically changed my diet and portions - need help motivating myself

Have been changing my diet for approx. 7 months now and feel it's the healthiest it's ever been. Out of all my friends I probably eat the healthiest but am the biggest - go figure! I'm struggling on the exercise front though.

There is so much conflicting information on what you should and shouldn't do! I haven't really lost any weight which is frustrating considering the big change in diet.

I need to find motivation, any tips on how much exercise I should be doing every week to have a loss? Any advice is much appreciated xx

Hi and welcome Kirbi :)

Have a look at the Welcome newbie thread, which can be found in the Pinned Posts section to the right of your screen, along with many motivating and fun challenges and a smashing collection of recipes :)

You may like to follow the link to the NHS 12 week plan, which is a great way to start your weight loss journey. It also gives excellent advice on exercise :)

We have a monday group weigh-in, which you'd be very welcome to join. It's a friendly, supportive and non-judgemental group. Here's the link

Consider joining any, or all of the challenges, as they're motivating and fun.

Be active on the forum, as that's where we get to know each other and where we get our daily doses of motivation, inspiration, support and good advice.

Wishing you all the very best on your journey to health and happiness :)
