It's been seven months since my last post and what a challenging time it has been. My relationship of 11 years broke down, I had to say good bye to my dogs and I am now back living with my parents in the UK. I'm back up to 76 kilos (12 stone) and I'm feeling sluggish and demoralised. However, I have started the couch to 5k podcast and so far so good. I have just completed week 2. I did it a few years ago and it worked well for me so I am hoping I will be able to complete it again. Wish me luck!
