Weight Loss NHS

First week completed

Hello all fellow losers! I've started the NHS 12 week plan and lost 1 kg in the first week. Yay me :-) I'm doing kilos as I can't bear to see my weight in stones and pounds! I would like to join you online so that I can have some support to keep me going. Thanks for reading :-)

Very well done, that's is an excellent loss 😊 I also prefer kilos for the same reason as you, it mentally prevents the 'stones' barriers 😊

Good luck for week 2 😊 Lots of research suggests that after two weeks new habits become easier to follow as they are deeply ingrained 😊

I agree with the 2 week thing , I am much more in tune this week ......yesterday I stopped myself from having a G & T .... which is only 75cals ... but I had reached my calorie limit ... I put it all back , muttering that I could have it WHEN I had the calories to buy it !!!! I certainly would not have done that the 1st and 2nd week ... but now I did it without much grumpiness !

I have a slimline tonic with a splash of gin on the top, even run my gin-dipped finger around the edge of the glass, It tastes like G&T but less calories 😊
