BMI below 25

Good Moring Community,

Today, day 120 of my diet, I got my goal. I finally dropped my BMI below 25. I've been working out an counting calories before Easter and I'm so glad that all the afford I've been making paid me back. My mind/set is changed and I will never never never go back to bad habits and laziness. I eventually learnt that I am much happier when I say no to food and evil tempetions rather than accepting and feeling guilt the day after.

I will go back to Italy in 3 weeks time and no one knows how I look like right now. The last time they saw me was Christmas when I was 75 kg and I am ready to take all the compliments.

According to the website I should lose 7ish more chilos. I will be a long journey, losing weight has been tough the last month and I am aware that the further I go the harder it gets. However, I am keen to carry on working and get to the ideal weight of 55 kg.
