Lost 4lbs this week-amazed as not been the most disciplined of weeks for me. Discovered lower fat humous and munching on raw vegetables more these days. Really encouraged as this means since I started I have lost 7lbs. I am finding the nhs 12 week programme good and enjoy my Shape up and Salsasize DVD which I fit in when I can. I don't have scales at home-so the weeky weigh in is a good focus for me.
