New Bike

Spotted a nice hybrid bike for sale for only £25 at weekend that needs a little tlc! The guy in the village who is servicing it for me said the tyres alone are worth around £30 ish each as are some fancy puncture resistant ones. I have no excuse not to bike outside now! Looking forward to a bike ride once I get it back tomorrow!

In other news I lost 0.9kg this week! Woooo. And today walked 11700 steps!
