All the effort over the last week has been worth it ,I've weighed in at 12st 10lbs,losing 3lbs .

I have cut down in carbs and continued with my stairs exercise when at work.thanks to all for your support this week.looking good for my holiday on Sunday . good luck to you all if weighing in today.ive got a smile like a cat that's got the cream .
