Not tracking - not happy :(

I have way passed my 12 week plan and was ready to go it alone, or so I thought.

I must admit, I relaxed this past week but I also thought I had a handle on what I was putting in my mouth ... how wrong was I?

This week I put on ... 3lbs ... 3 whole pounds! Not happy at all.

Gutted actually, but I only have myself to blame.

Needless to say, I am back to tracking my yogurt and muesli, and I will continue to do so until I have undone this weight gain.

Still sending smiles though - and hope you all have a bright and wholesome week.

Onwards and upwards :)

Ups and downs are everywhere ! Important is that you're aware of your mistake and you are trying to fix it . Is not the end of the world , it's just a phase . You will be successful next week ❤️

Happy Monday ! 🎉🎉

Hi, I'm on week 12 this week and feel I have learnt a lot about healthy food and portion sizes but would still not be confident enough to ditch the kitchen scales! Sorry you've had a set back, but you will get back on track again.

I have been at my target weight since December, my weight goes up and down by a couple of pounds but I have managed to stay in the zone for over 6 months now. However, I have totally changed the way I approach my daily diet. I still weigh and measure my portions and I still limit my treats.

The secret is to not go back to old habits and to accept that you have to be constantly on this new and healthier way of eating. Don't get me wrong, I have the odd day off. This weekend I am off to Cardiff to the speedway Grand Prix and there will doubtless be a few beers and some less than healthy food involved but my intention is to be extra restrained today and tomorrow and then straight back on plan when I get home, damage limitation.

Well done for recognizing that you need to get back to it and good luck
