Already noticing a difference! :D

It might be a bit early (only 2 weeks in) to say I'm noticing a difference, but I really think I am! πŸ˜„ My work trousers (I'm in these 5 days out of 7) feel loose, the metal clip isn't straining, they aren't digging into me (or should I say into the rolls πŸ˜›)! I'm really looking forward to the Monday weigh in, even if I've only lost a pound, the changes in my diet and exercise are clearly having an effect on my size! πŸ˜†

  • Hi Beanz90, No I don't think it is too early to notice a difference your stomache is probably smaller because you are not filling it up as much, also you are eating healthier things so will feel less sluggish, plus when first starting you loose quite a bit so you will be a good few pounds lighter I imagine, if you are upping the exercise you will be toning yourself a little. So well done you, I am pleased you feel great that is a brilliant motivator anyway.πŸ‘πŸ˜Š
