Have lost no wieght but I have lost 1 inch off my waist and 1 inch off my hips

I have lost no weight this week but have lost 2 inches off my body, so I'm not down hearted.

I'm still keeping going. I need to do a bit more walking and cycling this week. I'm going to try and bike to work monday. It gives me a few days to clean the bike up, pump up the tyres, and to have a go at a short ride before the 6 mile bike ride to work and 6 miles back after a shieft of 7 hours. This will include 2 hills,hummmm!!!!!. I'm going to give it a go. I will let you know how it goes as I have'nt been on my bike for a while. Well done for losing those inches Ally, they'll be far more noticeable than a couple of pounds on the scales :)

Wow, you're really brave attempting such a big bike run after a long time out of the saddle! You must have nerves of steel! :)

Same thing happened to me.. didnt have a weight loss but clothes seemed to fit better around the tummy. This is my proper second week and hoping for a loss on the scales on Monday!
