Race for Life 10k challenge!

As I posted yesterday, I would very much like to do the Race for Life 10k next year and to get me started on my fitness levels (until I feel comfortable going outside to actually run) I've purchased a cross-trainer from my local Barnardos charity shop!

So here goes to my new exercise plan!
