Well-had some challenges and also 2 nights where had really disturbed sleep due to the humid weather conditions.........so the being active goal I set for myself not within reach. On the eating front, I am persevering and enjoying what I eat mostly and last 3 evenings improved on evening munchies! So that's good. Do you find the days when you work or have things planned in your diary it is easier to stay on course with the healthier eating etc aiming for weight loss? Discovering it feels more challenging on days off...............How you are all doing ok.

Hi Timetoact,

Humid weather doesn't help sleep, does it...! Great that you're persevering with your eating and enjoying it mostly! Great to hear you've improved re: the evenings too.

I totally agree that non-work days are more challenging. Weekends are days I absolutely love, but they are more challenging. However, doing reasonably well so far today. Enjoyed a long walk and a nice brunch.

Hope you have a great weekend.

Lowcal :-)

Planning is definitely the key to healthy eating 😊 And many people find weekends extra challenging, the combination of a different routine and the deep seated desire to have 'treats' 😕 Well done on success so far, keep up the good work! 😊
