Hi everyone hope you're all ok. So my weight loss journey is about to start (again) I need to lose about 1 1/2 to 2 stone to have a healthy bmi! Am going to take it steady, but decided I would start exercising first to see if that gives me the incentive to ditch the rubbish and eat sensibly. I have just finished day 2 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It definately upped my heart rate (and sweat rate) and my legs ache a bit. But it doesn't feel to much like a proper workout. So I was wondering if anyone else had tried it and what results you had got. I should probably add that I am trying to get out walking every other day also, life permitting 😊 Would be great to here all your thoughts x
