found it hard this week. (week 2)

Hi everyone and new people just starting.

This week has been hard for me. Week2. I have lost 3 lbs this week, so it's 10lbs in two weeks. The weather has been terrible so I have done not so much walking this week as I would of liked to. Thanks for all your messages, you have been great when I have felt low and hungry, by just coming on the website its taken my mind off food!!!!!!. I have enjoyed reading others journey's. Keep up the good work everyone. Ally49

Wow, you've done very well this week - losing 3 pounds is really great, and achieving a loss of 10 pounds in 2 weeks is a phenomenal start. I agree with you that the weather does impact on getting out and about - glad you're enjoying the forum, and that it's helping you distract from food.

There are so many inspirational posts on here - including your own! Very motivating to hear how you're getting on.

I too use the forum to take my mind off food and read all the posts daily, my emotions change such a lot so it's a war in my head most days but I will win! I think you have done brilliantly 10lbs in 2 weeks! I did 12 lbs in 4.5 weeks so well done you, and 3lb for week 2 is great, don't ever think it's not. I am aiming for 3lb off this week trying my best to do it. Well done ally, the sun seems to be returning for us so out and about more for us all I think.

Keep going, it gets easier as time goes by and keep posting, so we can follow your progress :)


Well done ally49. To lose 3lbs when you haven't been out doing your usual walks is absolutely fantastic.
