Hi everyone and new people just starting.
This week has been hard for me. Week2. I have lost 3 lbs this week, so it's 10lbs in two weeks. The weather has been terrible so I have done not so much walking this week as I would of liked to. Thanks for all your messages, you have been great when I have felt low and hungry, by just coming on the website its taken my mind off food!!!!!!. I have enjoyed reading others journey's. Keep up the good work everyone. Ally49
