Bingo wings! :(

Hey everyone:)

I've always had larger arms or 'bingo wings' and have been trying to get rid of them for a while but have had no luck! Googled everything to do with them and how to get them gone but nothing seems to be working, I'm actually adding cm in my arms by doing them?! I was wondering if anyone has been lucky enough to battle the wings and win and have any tips?? :)

I'm doing tricep dips and also learning to run definitely helped. My arms have definitely slimmed as tops which were tight on my arms and shoulders now hang really loose. What sort of exercises have you been trying?

Oh I may try that then!:) I've been using my weights, using the smallest one and doing different exersizes with them, also started doing (not sure what they are called) but starting in a plank position then going up to a downward dog then back down and so on :) just something I found that said it would work but been doing it for a month now daily and my arms have gotten bigger! I will try running and tricep dips :)

I have a similar issue with my thighs, my thighs have a tendency to attract muscle, so certain exercises (even ones I like, such as cycling) are a bad idea, as they make my thighs grow rather than shrink. But some reading around led me to conclude that running is good for slimming legs. Maybe look specifically for arm slimming exercises, rather than focusing on the bingo wings aspect, I have a suspicion running will come up there too... Also, I think maybe avoid weights - that may cause you to build up muscle too :o

I never actually thought about that! Seems so obvious but didn't think about muscle building up! I will definitely try searching for that :) thank you very much :D

I must try those! Since I lost weight my arms are slimmer and although they look ok from the top/front angle, the underneath skin is much looser , so waving is not a pretty sight... I will have to adopt the HRH method😁😁😁
