Today I am starting Week 1 of the 12 week plan as i need to lose weight. I weigh 13st 7lbs and need to lose at least 3st. I plan on doing at least five 30 mins walks this week to boost my exercise up. I am also not going to eat after 7pm as I know that it puts weight on. I know that this will be a hard thing for me to do but if I dont then my health will deteriorate further. I will post each monday about the previous week and how i got on.
