Off the chart

I admit I've been off the chart for last two weeks, due to illness and then exam stress. I lost weight, but in the wrong way. So for these last few days I've been enjoying just eating again, which unfortunately includes things I should avoid, like sweets and crisps. So today back on with the calorie counting. Lots of fresh fruit and careful consideration of what I eat.

Here we go again.
