I had Belvita Breakfast Biscuits as I was running late. (Would have had plain oats usually)
For lunch I tried Ryveta Thins, with lowfat chive dip. I had a few, and stopped when I felt half full!!! Getting the hang of portion sizes guys!!! Also the Ryveta thins are so yummy!!!
I am eating less, because fasting (Ramadaan) starts for me.
Thinking what to have for dinner... Hmmm... I am feeling a light salad with loads of veggies
I am eating at decent times now to, I eat breakfast at 10-11AM, lunch at 12-1PM, and dinner before 6PM. Then I have energy for the rest of the day.
