Hi, made this for tea -
500g minced beef, 1 large onion chopped, 1red pepper chopped, 1 courgette grated, 1 beef stock pot, pkt colemans spag bol mix, 1tin chopped toms.
4 portions - 455 calories each
50g dry weight spaghetti - 150 calories
12g grated Parmesan to serve - 50 calories
It was delicious, even if I do say so myself!
The portion of spaghetti did seem small, but I am happy to report I feel satisfied but not over full and bloated!
I find it difficult to lessen portion sizes, my eyes tell me there is not enough but this just proves f I am strict and use the scales, there is actually enough!
