I will follow your journey. I started yesterday and day 1 down. I'm doing to try and fit some exercise in today some where. The amout of support I had on my post was amazing. It looks like everyone in same boat. I've got 5 stone to loose I did it before but doc put me on medication but when I stopped it came back on.
