Posted on Sunday I had gained 3lb after all inclusive holiday despite being careful with food choices and doing lots of exercise. Well... I am delighted to say I have lost 3.4lb since after returning to my daily routine without doing anything differently!! I am very happy :-):-):-)

Brilliant! 3lb after an all inclusive holiday isn't too bad really and now it's gone, plus the exercise has probably done wonders for you. You should be proud of yourself. Onwards and downwards.
