Self destruct strikes again!

Hi & good evening. Just when things were going so well, I hit the self destruct button. Really annoyed with myself, again! Have eaten rubbish all day. But tomorrow is another day & I shall pick myself up & carry on.

Tomorrow is indeed another day and hopefully the sun may shine for us a little unlike today ( at least where I live) it's been miserable I could easily of had a duvet day complete with hot chocolate, don't be hard on yourself it's only a little blip in an ongoing campaign. Good luck tomorrow

It's just one day, don't beat yourself up about it, tomorrow's another day. We all have off days x

Great attitude suzie54 😀 we all have an occasional off day as long as you recognise it and move on (which you have) you will learn from your mistakes. Only human after all!!! Onwards and downwards x

Hi Suzie54. Sorry to hear you hit the self destruct button but good to hear you are going to pick yourself up and carry on tomorrow. What do you think triggered your slip up? Just wondering if you can put anything in place in case you come up against the same problem again? Sounds like you have done well so far so sure that 1 day will not make that much difference. :)
