Nearly new, starting again

Hi. I am restarting the 12 week weight loss plan, tried it last year but was unsuccessful as I lacked self control. I am determined to stick to the diet this time but needs lots of encouragement to make this happen. Would love to join the Monday morning weigh in, can anyone guide me in the right direction as I am unsure how to join it. 😀

Hi Tm0912,

Good luck with re-starting the NHS 12 week plan. You're sounding determined this time round, and that should definitely help! Have a look at the Events section, see the right-hand-side of the homepage about half way down - that is where the Monday group weigh-in session link is always posted. You are welcome to post in there and I will add you to our stats as a Newbie. Or wait till next Monday's post, whichever you prefer - but you're very welcome to join us, and we'll look forward to seeing you there, whenever you fancy joining.

Also, have a look at the Pinned Posts - top right-hand-side of the homepage as there are some Challenges going on that you might like to join, and also a Recipe Collation post which is worth a look (but you need to click on 'view more' to see it).
