To anyone who has replied to my posts, with words of kindness, thank you. I've tried to reply to everyone, but it means the world that strangers care enough to take time to cheerlead. I've only been a member for 3 weeks but this forum is fab, 24 hr support and tips, something I've never experienced before.

And to the fab 5, your work is salvation to the broken, but hopeful 😘

Totally agree M7salltheway this forum is helpful, encouraging, motivating and unbelievably supportive. The folk on here have helped me hugely on my journey to good health, and they have made it fun too with the various challenges.

This is the nicest most supportive forum, I have ever found. And I love the techy bits which allow me to keep up with those I am following etc. Beware, though, it can become a full time occupation! Still fingers which are typing aren't wandering through the fridge or the cupboards.
