Happy Monday people
Well, where to start. I was sticking to plan soooo well but on Thursday night, I felt a hunger for junk. I ignored it and tried to carry on. I weigh myself every morning and on Friday morning I was down 2lb for the week to 12st 10lb. The craving was still there and by the afternoon I gave in. Half a large Dominos pizza later and a load of nibbly bits, I felt sick. I poured fairy liquid on the other half of the pizza to resist temptation and shoved it in the bin. I did 2 workouts on Friday but Saturday morning the scales came in at 12st 13lb! 3lb gain!!! I was mortified! I got straight back on track and have stuck to my 1200 calories over the weekend. I didn't have my exercise rest day so I've done 8 workouts this week instead of my normal 6. I've even enjoyed the last couple of days exercise after moaning I hated it last week 😂
I'm happy to report a very lucky 2lb loss this week (that could have been 3lb off if I hadn't wobbled but I'm delighted with the 2lb). I've lost an inch off my waist and half an inch off my hips 😀 My aim had been 1lb for the week to reach my 1 and a half stone milestone so I'm glad I've passed that mark even though I do feel I've let myself down a bit.
Going forward, my next goal is the 12 and a half stone mark so I hope to lose 3lb over the next 2 weeks 💪🏼
