Hello everyone, not sure what went wrong this week as I have lost 2 pounds. Im supposed to be maintaining my weight and its proving harder than I thought. The problem is I am very aprehensive of eating more calories as I don't want to put on. Ive cut back on exercise and already increased 200 cals?? Should I put on weight I know I will try to get it off the following week. Thankfully I only have 2 weeks to go before my daughters wedding, and as I have achieved my goal I might not feel a need to get it right every week after that.
