Two weeks to go

Hello everyone, not sure what went wrong this week as I have lost 2 pounds. Im supposed to be maintaining my weight and its proving harder than I thought. The problem is I am very aprehensive of eating more calories as I don't want to put on. Ive cut back on exercise and already increased 200 cals?? Should I put on weight I know I will try to get it off the following week. Thankfully I only have 2 weeks to go before my daughters wedding, and as I have achieved my goal I might not feel a need to get it right every week after that. Wow, not long to go before your daughter's Wedding - I'm wondering how you're feeling? I bet you look good in your outfit, and it's great that you're maintaining - having achieved your goal weight. Although, you're not sure why you lost 2 pounds this week. Like you say, you can see how it goes and adjust accordingly. I think maintaining must be a bit of a balancing act, and I know people approach it in different ways. I've been meaning to read more about it, but I've not had much time this week to do any background reading etc. Too many other things have taken my attention. It's been a busy week, but the weekend is here, and that's lovely!
