This may sound a bit silly but I always have a naughty biscuit every now and then. Yesterday I put on a pound which I was surprised about but then when I stopped and thought about all them biscuits do add up and I never put them down on my calorie count there only little that won't Hart lol. So yesterday I put a piece of paper in the tin YOU PUT ON 1POUND THIS WEEK STAY OUT!!!! It's worked so far
