Good afternoon, Batesy here! Joined up a while ago and obviously didn't do anything! But now my backside is fully into gear and getting fit, healthy, lose weight which should help improve my fybromyalgia and depression. Doing this for my poor hardly walked dogs, my 5 year old daughter who desperately wants me to take her swimming and because at the grand old age of 41 I have become a grandmother! So failure is not an option
