Well hello there all you fabulous weight losers
This week I have lost 2lb taking me into the 12 stones!!!! I haven't been here in a couple of years and I have made a vow to myself this morning to never ever again see those 13's when I step on the scales. I've lost half an inch off my chest, arm & thigh which I'm really happy about. We all love a good bit of shrinkage on measure day 😊
I've stuck to my 1200 (except one day when I couldn't resist half a subway oatmeal and raisin cookie for an extra 100 calories so I did extra walking to burn that off). I've stuck to my 6 workouts for the week. My boyfriend said I should be enjoying exercise by now but I'm defo not. I still see it as something I've got to do rather than something I want to do but I'm hoping that'll change as more time goes on.
Had an achievement on Saturday night when me & my daughter realised it was Eurovision night. We both love it and normally it's been an excuse for us to get a dominos pizza and a load of sweets and just binge in front of the tv for the night but we didn't! We resisted! My daughter is also eating healthier to lose weight so we're really proud of ourselves 😂
Aim for next week is to lose 1lb to get to my 1 & a half stone loss.
