Just wanted to say "hello" as I am in the first couple of days of trying to lose weight. My weight has crept up and up over the last couple of years and my BMI is currently 36.6 I have a holiday in 11 weeks time (so not quite enough time to finish the 12 week plan!) but my main motivation is to try and live a healthier life. I really struggle with food consumption, especially in the evening, I almost feel like it's an addiction. Does anyone else feel like this?
