HELP

Is there anyone that lives in droitwich,evesham,Worcester,bromsgrove area I need help I've been trying to loose weight for years and I can't stick to it the only one I've done and lost weight is slimming world and loose half a stone then put it back on and more.is there anyone who can help me I'm ready to give up.My family don't help and have no friends that are looking weight

Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS community forum.  A good thing about this forum is that it's a supportive community regardless of where somebody actually lives - we have members from far and wide, yet I hope that many of us feel united in the fact we're sharing our weight loss journeys together - and it is very supportive and encouraging.

Please do have a read through as there are lots of helpful comments from members of the forum.  Also, we have a Monday group weigh-in - if you'd like to join us for that, you'd be very welcome.  Again, the fact it's a 'virtual weigh-in' - i.e. online, then it doesn't actually matter where you live!  We have members as far a field as Australia.

Also, have a look at our Pinned Posts (top right-hand-side of the homepage) as there are some great Challenges going on, and again, you'd be very welcome to join in anything that you like the look of.

Please don't feel you're alone in your weight loss journey.  You can find lots of buddies here - as part of this great community.

I live in cheshire, so cannot help, but i do find this group extremely helpful, i try to post every day, its like checking in, i know someone is there, and at night when i am alone and sat watching tv my fone pings and i have a comment from someone, that helps too.
