I couldn't write yesterday, was a busy day. Most of what i planned to do didnt happened, including going to the gym and i also ate about 57 calories too many but its okay, i'll remove them form todays allowance and do double the workout.
All is not lost Just need to dod a little more today to catch up and i will join the Monday's weigh-in group
I'm thinking of maybe taking a before and after photo, is anyone doing that?
